Bedroom has a 6-drawer dresser, two night stands, lamps, and a queen size bed. 1 bathroom has tub/shower combination. Other things to note Important Note: 1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs not over 25 pounds, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. 2. The laundry facility is right below the units and is cashless, using the CSCGo app. Enter, scan the QR code, download the app, and manage your laundry. The app shows available machines and load status. Laundry soap is not provided. 3. Pool hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and the pool is closed on Mondays. The pool will close in October for the winter, with the reopening date to be determined. 4. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access. 5. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors. **Please Read Before Booking:** We want you to have a great stay and believe that being upfront helps set clear expectations.
