The space Your private compound features two distinct homes, offering plenty of space for connection and relaxation for your entire group. **The Main House** This spacious home is designed for gathering and fun across two levels. * **Top Level:** An open-plan living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, an electric fireplace, and an island. The dining table seats 10. Expansive decks offer stunning sound and ocean views, including a covered deck. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower and jetted tub is also on this level. * **Middle Level:** A second living area with comfy couches (one is a full pull-out) and a closet full of games. This floor has a full bathroom with a tub/shower and three bedrooms: * Bedroom 1: King Bed * Bedroom 2: King Bed * Bedroom 3: Queen-over-twin bunk bed plus an additional twin mattress. **The Guest House** Perfect for those seeking more privacy, this separate home offers its own modern comforts. * **Bedrooms & Bath:** Two serene King bedrooms with TVs and a full bathroom with a custom-tiled shower and a heated towel bar. * **Living & Work:** A full kitchen opens to a cozy living area with gorgeous views. A dedicated office with a sliding barn door provides a quiet workspace. **Outdoor Oasis & Family Fun** * Private heated outdoor pool with a tiki bar. * Two hot tubs: one on the main house deck and another on the guest house deck. * Relaxing hammock and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. * Family-Friendly Amenities: We provide a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, toys, and safety gates. * Entertainment: Kids and adults will love the indoor laser tag, pool basketball and corn hole! Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire property. This includes both the main house and the guest house, the private heated pool, both hot tubs, and all outdoor areas. Enjoy your own private coastal compound with keyless entry for easy check-in. Other things to note * **Travel Insurance:** We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen events like cancellations or weather-related issues, including hurricanes. As hosts, we cannot offer refunds for these disruptions. * **Pool Season:** The private pool is typically open from March through the end of October. Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee; please inquire for details. * **Security:** For your safety and security, this property is equipped with 3 Ring Security Cameras. One is located at each driveway, and another is in the side yard. These cameras record video and audio 24/7. * **Grill:** A charcoal grill is provided for your use. Please note that guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal and lighter fluid. * **Parking:** 4 vehicles at the house and 2 in front of the guest house.
