It is located about 10min walking distance from downtown Starkville & about 20min walking distance from the Mississippi State University (MSU) campus. The Walmart grocery store is also about 5min away. The space This is an isolated studio apartment that is located on one side of a shared home. It has its own separate entrance, with a French door that is located off the back patio. It has a lovely view to a very large backyard and it has the following amenities on the inside: Queen Size Bed Couch & TV Computer Desk with WIFI access Large Walk-in Closet Bathroom with separate shower & toilet area Kitchenet, with Ninja Oven & Refrigerator Access to laundry room is shared with the unit next door. Guest access Guest can use the full space of the studio apartment. Other things to note The home is located in a very safe and quiet family oriented neighborhood. We want to respect the neighbors in the area, so no loud noises or parties are allowed during the stay.
