You are renting upstairs and downstairs together, but you can shut the door at the stairs and keep each floor completely separated. This is one full side of a DUPLEX ; however there is no connected decks or driveways with the home connected next door, WE HAVE A VERY PRIVATE DETACHED HOME FEEL.
