This spacious 1,450 sq. ft. villa offers an open-concept design with double sliding glass doors that open directly to the resort’s lagoon-style pool surrounded by tropical gardens. Inside, guests enjoy two large King bedrooms, a custom twin-over-twin bunk alcove, and a Queen sofa sleeper, accommodating up to six. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for meals at home, along with a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. The dining area seats six, perfect for family dinners or game nights. The living room features an Italian leather sofa, a Lazy Boy recliner, and a new 65" Smart TV. The primary suite includes a deep soaking tub and shower combination, while the guest bath offers a large walk-in shower. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer provides extra convenience. The Palms of Destin Resort features an 11,000-sq.-ft. zero-entry lagoon pool with waterfalls, bridges, and a tropical island hot tub. Additional amenities include a heated pool, splash pad, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball, and a playground. On-site dining is available, and Blue Lagoon Bar, both offering casual meals, cocktails, and live entertainment. Onsite coffee shop. A complimentary seasonal shuttle (March–October) provides easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The Shuttle does not transport to/from airport(s). A $30 nightly resort fee (per reservation) is required by The Palms of Destin and collected separately before arrival. This fee includes six amenity wristbands (children 12 and under are not required to wear one). Two complimentary parking passes are provided.
