Near the patio theres a fire pit and bbq grill. The basement has a kitchen with coffee maker, popcorn maker, microwave, mini fridge, air fryer, and griddle. It comes loaded with board games and puzzles. Along with an 85" TV in the living room there is a recliner sectional, a ping pong table, foosball table, pool table, air hockey table, and treadmill. In the spacious bedroom there is a 55" TV and king sized bed. There is full bath, private bedroom with TV and king sized bed. Walk out patio surrounded by trees. BBQ grill. Fire pit.
