Safe, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views of the mountains. The space A basement apartment with a queen bed in 1 bedroom, second small bedroom with 1 twin bed. The living room has 2 recliners, TV, and couch that folds out into a queen bed. The kitchenette has a fridge, hot plate, microwave, crock pot, electric fry pan and toaster oven and a small breakfast bar (no large oven). Laundry room is available with complimentary soap and dryer sheets and SHARED with upstairs host, for stays longer than 7 days, with notice. Limited to 4 people or less, children are welcome however not child proof or suited for kids under 12. Please contact me if needed if you have children, we can discuss. When making reservations please list all quests that will be staying. Guest access Semiprivate access to the basement by a shared side door. A lockbox with the key is provided for late check-ins. Other things to note This is a basement apartment in a quiet, safe neighborhood, I have lived here 31 years. I live upstairs with 2 dogs, and 2 birds. Dogs bark, birds chirp, you may hear them from time to time, but usually only when you come and go if they hear you. In the winter, contracted snow removal comes early afternoon, so be aware that if you are leaving early, snow may be in the driveway.
