The space The Elevate Sanctuary is suitable for a family, a group of friends, or business travelers. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. - No smoking or vaping - No shoes inside the house - No pets - No parties or events - Late check-out fee is at $75/hour - There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors - No weapons, drugs, or firearms are allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to the police. - The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during their stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
