Peace and quiet on all sports Matteson Lake. Whether it's some family time you are looking for or some time away with friends, this is the cottage for you. This two bedroom, one bath has sleeping for 6! We offer free high speed internet, 2 kayaks, a 4 person paddleboat, and a dock! Whether you want to swim, boat fish, or relax around the fire pit, this home has it. We have a washer and dryer in the unit, along with 2 window air conditioners. The space This cottage is located on the south side of all-sports Lake Matteson. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and smart tv. The second bedroom had twin bunk beds and a smart tv for the kids. The living room has two queen size sleeper sofas and a loveseat to enjoy lake views. Kitchen is stocked with necessities. We allow two pets, up to 50# each, but require a $100 pet fee. The parking on this lot is 15' x 32' at the smallest point. It can fit 2 small vehicles or one truck or large SUV. The smart TV's have limited over-the-air stations, but the tv's are programmed to reset after every guest, allowing you to log into your own streaming services or Tubi, Freevee, etc. are available and free. There are no cable stations offered. The outdoor area has its private dock and swimming area. Two kayaks and a four person paddle-boat, along with life- jackets are provided. The dock will be in place from mid May to mid September. The outdoor furniture will be stored from November to May. In the winter, a snow shovel is in the barn. If we snow that stops 24 hours before your stay, we'll try to have the driveway and walks shoveled. Guest access Entire cottage is available for guest use. Dock will be installed from before Memorial Day to after Labor Day. Other things to note For security purposes, 24/7, we have a video and audio recording camera on the front of the home, front of garage and a video and audio recording camera on the back of the house facing the backyard.
