On-site amenities include a shared dock, a swimming area beach, a pool, a tennis court also lined for two pickleball courts, a lakeside firepit, and kayaks/SUPs available for use. A wood-burning brick fireplace and a smart TV provide the perfect setting for casual downtime in the living room. The lower-level living area also features a smart TV and sofa seating for added flexibility and home comfort. The downstairs space also features a separate kitchenette/wet bar equipped with a sink and a fridge. The main kitchen features a full kitchen equipped with all major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for home cooking. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guest access Self check-in is available. When you arrive, walk up to the porch marked 28, open the screen door, and you'll find a lockbox hanging from the doorknob. Enter the code provided in your arrival email, pull down to open the box, and use the keys inside to unlock the main door and enter the mudroom. Standard check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. The property is cleaned and prepared between these times. Other things to note The home comes stocked with complimentary startup amenities including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry soap, sponge, and hand soap. You'll find full linen sets and towels throughout the home, with backup sets in the unit and beach towels in the second-floor hall closet. Your reservation includes a Damage Waiver covering up to $3,000 in accidental damage.
