Modern Desert Escape offers three comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep, while Bedroom 2 offers another queen-sized bed for your comfort. Bedroom 3 is perfect for friends or family with two single beds. Each room is thoughtfully designed for a peaceful and cozy atmosphere, with soft linens and ample storage for your belongings. Enjoy two full bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience. One bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub for a relaxing bath after a day of desert adventures. The open-concept living area is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious and comfortable seating area and an electric fireplace for those cooler desert evenings. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or movies. Other things to note • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • RENTAL AGREEMENT There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation • PETS Pets are allowed with the pet fee paid. Fee in the house rules. • DIRECTIONS GPS should bring you easily to the property • A/C & Heater The house is cooled and heated by mini split heating and cooling to keep you comfortable all year long. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.
