You will have access to the Unit, fully furnished. *Restoration of the building is being worked on therefore you will not have access to the balcony. The pool and pool house are closed at the present time due to the hurricanes from 2022. There are many events and much to see and do in Daytona. Get out and explore the area!. You will have access to the Studio Only. The space You will only have access to this Unit, fully furnished and comfortable to have an amazing stay-vac. Conveniently located in Daytona Beach Shores. The Unit is very welcoming with a queen size bed, queen sofa sleeper. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven/4burners, Microwave, pots/pans, utensils, dishware, glassware, blender, spices, Keurig coffee maker, sugar, creamers, coffee, lines and towels are provided, two beach towels and toiletries to get you started. WIFI available Smart TV This is a perfect place to stay, Pirate's Cove conveniently located and to explore many attractions, nearby mini golf (Pirate's Cove Mini Golf), restaurants, ice cream shop and a drive to Ponce Inlet. Trailer Parking is not Allowed. One Parking pass per reservation. Primary Rental must be 21 to rent. Non Smoking Room/Building/Balcony No Pets WIFI available inside the Room Guest access The building is a hotel (Pirate's Cove) that has been converted to condominiums. The studio/condo is fully equipped, cozy and comfortable with an amazing 3rd floor oceanfront private balcony. Due to some damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole of 2022 the pool and pool house, pool deck, gym are closed and under repair. There will be repairs and construction during 2026 to the outside of the building and balconies that unfortunately we have no control. You will only have access to the Studio/Condo. The listing will be updated as these projects are completed and ready for use. Beach access is right next door of Pirate's Cove by the Dunlawton Ramp. Other things to note Coin Operated Laundry room is located in the lower floor. Trailer Parking is not Allowed Primary Rental must be 21 to rent Non Smoking Room/Building/Balcony No Pets WIFI is available inside the Room Trash Shoot is located on the 3rd floor when you exit front door and make a left. One parking pass is found inside the room and to be placed on your vehicle and visible at all times. Upon departure parking pass must be left inside the room to avoid a service charge of $60.00 Due to Repairs/construction to the building and balconies, you will only have access to the Studio/Condo.
