With both easy beach and pool access (to the Turtle Beach Enclave's exclusive community pool), this charming 2200 sq. ft. multi-level home on Kiawah Island is only 175 yards to the beach in a picture perfect seaside neighborhood lined in oaks and white picket fences. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The front of the home features a broad wrap around veranda perfect for relaxing in the hammock. Double doors on the veranda open to spacious living and dining areas which feature hardwood flooring, built-in bookcases, a fireplace, and access to the rear screened porch. The kitchen includes ample storage space, a center island with brand new cooktop stove, and access to both the front veranda and the screened porch for alfresco dining. On the second level, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a large bath with two sinks, a separate tub, and a walk-in shower. The residence also offers two guest rooms with private baths and a third floor bedroom/tower room. There is direct access to the courtyard with a gazebo and the community pool is a three minute walk. No smoking, no pets, and no events, no exceptions will be made. When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
