The space Our cozy and peaceful 3 bedrooms and 2 restrooms home are move in ready for midterm rental guests. There are one king bed and two full beds. Crib is available upon requested. Our full kitchens equipped with essentials cookware as shown in pictures. We have whole house water filtration plus additional filtration for our kitchen from Aquasana. Guest access We have a drive ways that can fit 4 cars for our guests to park, but there are a lot of free street parking available. Please pay attention to the street cleaning days. We also have our spacious backyard and patio for our guests to share and relax. Other things to note Garage isn’t included. We are converting our garage into an ADU. We have gardener that come in every two weeks. I also will stop by once awhile to take care of our plants outside the house. We also have a helper that is around. But we will be out of your ways as soon as we take care of our tasks, so you won’t be disturbed or uncomfortable seeing us there. We can help coordinate cleaning services upon request through out your stay for a fee with any basic or deep cleaning services.
