This townhouse is designed to make you feel at home while enjoying all the comforts of a luxury resort. Bedroom Configuration: First Floor: One bedroom with a King bed and a shared full bathroom, ideal for added privacy. Second Floor: Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom, featuring modern and elegant décor. Cars-themed bedroom with two full beds. Lion King-themed bedroom with two full beds. Key Amenities: Private pool with screen enclosure and child safety fence, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. Washer and dryer. Central air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house. Each bedroom has its own TV. Essentials Provided: Clean towels and bed linens. Pack 'n Play and high chair available at no extra cost (upon request). Parking: Free parking is available, with space for multiple vehicles directly in front of the property. House Rules: No pets allowed. Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. House Rules Reminders: -Parties/Events: No parties or events. $500 fee for violations. -Smoking: No smoking indoors. $500 fee for violations. -Pets: No pets allowed. $500 fee for violations. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse through a private door code that you will receive before your arrival. The only restricted area is the owner’s storage closet. In addition to the house, your stay includes access to all the amenities at Storey Lake Resort, which include: A large resort-style pool and hot tub. Water park with slides and a lazy river. State-of-the-art fitness center. Sports courts, mini golf, and kayak rentals. Restaurant and bar. Other things to note Welcome Supplies: We provide a starter kit with basic bathroom and kitchen items (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) so you don’t have to worry upon arrival. Please note that these supplies are intended as a starter set and may not last the entire stay. Pool Heating (optional): If you wish to enjoy a heated pool, the fee is $40 per day (minimum 2 nights). Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. To ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection for each guest, early check-in and late check-out are not available. Package Delivery: We recommend using courier services like DHL, FedEx, or Amazon for package deliveries, as USPS often does not recognize vacation rental addresses. Cleaning: Professional cleaning before and after your arrival is included. Additional mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an extra fee.
