Apartment with a beautiful view of Bombinhas, Bombas and Porto Belo. 1 bedroom apartment (double - queen size bed), full kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony with hammock. Modern, clean decor, air conditioning and LED TV. The property has a patio, swimming pool, barbecue grills and there is 1 parking space (shared). We are a 5-minute walk from the beaches: Lagoinha, Sepultura and Retiro dos Padres, a quiet and safe area, a 15-minute walk from downtown Bombinhas. Access to the penthouse by stairs. The space The apartment has an incredible 360° view, a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and basic utensils (toaster, coffee maker, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery), 1 double bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom, dining/living room and balcony with hammock. We have Wi-Fi! Balcony with a hammock and plenty of space. The apartment is spacious, simple, rustic, right on the beach, exactly like the pictures. It has blackout curtains, but some light comes in. This apartment is on the third floor and is accessed by stairs. We have a large green area, swimming pool, barbecue grills and parking for 1 car per apartment (all for shared use with the other apartments we have on the property). We are very close to the beaches of Lagoinha, Sepultura and Retiro do Padres (5-minute walk) and the Center (bars/restaurants/Praia grande 15-minute walk). Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. Your rental inquiry is for an apartment, there is no breakfast service, no daily cleaning. We offer bedding, bath towels (1 per person/no changes), face towels and dish towels, remember to bring towels, beach items and personal hygiene items. The TV package is open channels digital signal. Other things to note Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. When leaving the apartment, keep the apartment, door and balcony locked. When returning from the beach, use the outdoor shower before entering the house. Please leave the dishes clean at the end of your stay. Please leave the trash in the large bin in the hallway when it accumulates. Voltage 220v. Remember to bring extra bath towels and personal hygiene items. The property is surrounded by a patio and nature, many trees. There may be insects or spiders occasionally, especially in the patio. I recommend that you bring mosquito repellent and/or close the apartment at the end of the day. For your safety, the use of glass cups in the pool is prohibited! We suggest using the acrylic cups available. Subject to a fine! Bombinhas is a beach town, it may have insects, lack water or electricity. This is occasional and has been improving over the years, but it can happen and I have no control over it. It hasn't happened at the house for many years, but I'm letting you know. In summer, traffic increases a lot, so avoid driving at the end of the day and late in the morning. New Year's and Carnival especially, on these days, avoid using a car as much as possible to avoid getting stuck or do it at night or in the morning. If you hear noises in the woods, don't worry, sometimes the dogs wander around.
