You will find a huge fire pit for you to enjoy the evenings with glass of wine or making marshmallows. For those looking for a more secluded experience, there are also two camper spots on the property with power and septic available. Inquire for fees and availability. Guest access When you're ready to venture out, there are plenty of activities to choose from in Palmer and Wasilla. In the summer, go hiking, berry picking, biking, or visit local attractions like the Reindeer Farm and Musk Ox Farm. In the winter, brave the cold and go on an adventure to Matanuska Glacier or Knik Glacier, or enjoy activities like skiing, sledding, ice fishing, and dog sledding. The property provides a huge area to cross country ski to our river property, Little Susitna. Inquire for more info. Other things to note There is an old shed, connex and an old truck on the property that is off limits to guests. Please don’t enter any of them. Your welcome to smoke or vap, we just ask that you do it outside only! Evidence of smoking inside will result to a $500.00 charge. Outside camera is on the front porch, only to protect our property from damage due we check them periodically.
