Come unwind, make lasting memories, & be in awe over this mountain home! Located 5 mins from Downtown Nederland & hiking trails, 15 mins from Eldora Ski, & 25 minutes from Boulder! The space Nestled in the charming town of Nederland, you will find a great selection of dining, breweries/wineries, coffee shops, & shopping. A luxe & cozy mountain retreat complete with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main level you will find a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 Master and 1 Guest), and 2 full bathrooms (one with a stunning soaking tub and rainfall showerhead). On the lower level, you will find a movie theatre/game room, dedicated workstation, 2 bedrooms (1 Master with walkout patio access and 1 Guest), laundry room, and home gym complete with Peloton bike, weight bench, and 2-person indoor sauna. Above the garage, is a game-room complete with 75” TV, pool table, ping pong table, PacMan arcade game (13 games in 1), bar cart, and poker/blackjack table. The house is nestled on 3 acres. You will find a fenced yard, artificial turf along the back and side of the home, hot tub with amazing views of the sunset, life-size yard Jenga, cornhole boards, and a deck complete with grill, firepit, and 8 Adirondack chairs. We are a pet-friendly home (up to 2 pets) but do charge a flat fee of $200/stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, 2-car garage, and 3 acres. Other things to note Please be aware that the home is in a mountain town and service can be limited, although we do have Wi-Fi. We understand pets are an extension of family, we are pet-friendly (up to 2 pets), but do require a $200 flat fee, per stay. Wildlife calls this area home, although you may not always see them, moose, deer, elk, and other animals can roam the grounds. Although the home is situated on 3 acres, the immediate area around the home is fenced in. The home can be accessed by two driveways, the lower driveway is well-maintained gravel, and the upper driveway is paved. During the winter, we do have a snowplow service. It would be preferred for guests to have AWD or 4WD in the winter.
