The space The cozy southwestern-style, newly renovated property in Joshua Tree boasts a warm and inviting interior with 1488 square feet of space. Throughout the single-story ranch-style home, you'll find charming terracotta tiles, imparting a distinctive Spanish flair. The well-appointed kitchen adds to the allure, providing a comfortable space for culinary endeavors. A coffee bar with Nespresso machine and Joshua Tree Coffee is available as well, to keep you and your guests well caffeinated. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. Additionally, there's a cozy guest bedroom furnished with a queen bed, and another guest bedroom equipped with a trundle bed that conveniently folds out into two twin beds that can be kept separate or pushed together. All beds are adorned with plush, clean sheets, ensuring a serene atmosphere for an excellent night's sleep. For added convenience, a pack-and-play and clip on high chair and other kids/baby essentials such as white noise machine, monitor and toys are available, making this home family-friendly and accommodating. The family/TV room, furnished with a comfortable couch, provides an inviting space for relaxation. Enjoy quality time with games suitable for the entire family, enhancing the overall experience of your stay. In our expansive fully fenced back yard, you will enjoy a patio dining table as well as a propane grill for dining al fresco. There is a cowboy pool where you and your guests can lounge and cool off in the summer/warm months and a year round hot tub. There are plenty of outdoor toys for both kids and adults including disc golf and cornhole to name a few. Also, you will enjoy the warmth of our wood burning fire pit and hammocks for stargazing.
