Perfect for a relaxing South of France retreat. The space Our property is private, with gated and fenced boundaries. The villa spans two levels. The main floor features an open-concept living area, dining space, and kitchen that opens onto a patio overlooking the pool and gardens. This floor also includes three bedrooms, two with direct access to the garden. The main floor has two bathrooms. The upper floor, with its own separate entrance, houses the primary suite, complete with its own ensuite bathroom and terrace. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the main area, studio, laundry room, pool, and grounds. However, the fireplace in the living area will not be available during your stay. Access is restricted to the air conditioning exhaust room and the pool house, where pool, cleaning, and gardening equipment are stored. These areas are marked with "private" signs. Other things to note Our villa is family-friendly, but we recommend close supervision, especially for younger children. The pool is equipped with an alarm, though this should never replace active adult supervision.
