Our newly listed 1,500 sq.ft. town home in Whitehall Farm offers a unique (6 month minimum requirement) fully furnished stay with all the comforts of home. We are 1.5 mile away from Sachuest 2nd & Newport’s 1st beach , 2.9 miles away from Downtown Newport’s Bannister Wharf with restaurants and shops. Our condo is located in a residential area known for its love for peace, quiet & unobstructed views of the rolling grasslands and beautiful 64 acres commons. Ideal place for walkers & runners. The space The First Floor: The long marble entrance entrance/hallway takes you past past an enclosed laundry closet and leading you to the large very private guest bedroom ensuite. The bedroom’s sliding glass doors open to a large, cozy and very private finished terrace with plantings and a long row of tall, lush forsythia trees and small garden. The Second Floor: This bright, sun-filled open floor plan is the main living area—kitchen, sitting area, dining and living room. The living room and the other areas are separated by a wall to provide some separation. A wonderful design feature is a gas fireplace in the wall that is viewed in both rooms. A half-bath is conveniently located there as well. The large new kitchen features a long, comfortable banquette overlooking peaceful unspoiled open space through French doors that open to the rear deck. In the warm months, the rear deck offers comfortable lounge furniture for relaxation, reading or entertaining friends. The large open living room has a distinctively different look. A towering cathedral ceiling sets a formal tone but with an elegant casual feel punctuated by a large “L”-shaped luxurious white sectional sofa. Another set of French doors opens to a small front balcony overlooking a spacious landscaped oval commons, perfect for coffee or an evening cocktail as the sun descends. The Third Floor: A classic staircase ascends to the large, private master bedroom ensuite with stunning views of some of Whitehall Farm’s legendary acres of preserved open spaces and woods.
