Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $70 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - Pool is a swim spa - A combination of Hot tub and pool and it is hot and jetted. - Pool Size is 14 feet long and 4.5 feet deep. - Pool will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat the pool, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take 2-3 hours for the water to heat. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am.
