(Must have a valid drivers license) The kitchen is fully stocked with many extras and the upscale coffee bar includes ground coffee options, K-cups, creamer, sugars, flavored syrups, and hot tea. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, smart tv, charging ports, and luxury bamboo linens. There are walk-in closets with additional storage, luggage racks and extra linens and towels. The living room has a 55” Roku smart tv and high-speed internet (1200mbps) throughout the property. The bathroom is stocked with soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, mirror, and other necessities. A washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and laundry necessities are also provided. The yard is fully fenced, equipped with plenty of seating, umbrella, outdoor lights, and stainless-steel BBQ grill with grilling tools. Beach towels are also provided during your stay. A Beach Wagon, Umbrella, and Cooler can also be reserved during your stay The home is centrally located, close to great restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, and coffee shops. Guest access A private fenced in courtyard is available for your own use. Supplied with lots of seating, umbrella, patio lights, and stainless steel grill. Parking for this "Cottage" unit is located in the front OR the back of the property. The driveway is reserved however the street has available parking for two vehicles. Parking in the back of the property allows for one vehicle.
