Nearby, a large park with a pool, tennis courts, and ample open space awaits enthusiasts. Plus, Venice Beach and plenty of cafes/restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away. The space This is a brand new guest house built at the back of our house. You have a completely private structure with private entrance. The place was professionally designed with everything you need boasting beautiful finishes, furniture, and equipment. There's plenty of daylight with full privacy. Amenities (all BRAND NEW) include: A/C unit, queen bed with luxury mattress, closet and drawer space, linens, hair dryer, and toiletries in the bathroom. The living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, Keurig and French press coffee makers, microwave, stove, refrigerator, washer dryer, dishwasher, sectional sofa, smart TV with Prime Video, Disney +, Netflix, HBOMax, AppleTV apps and high-speed Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a private patio with comfortable chairs and a table. Guest access Private entry through the back alley with ample free street parking. We are located in Mar vista, one of the hottest yet quietest family-oriented neighborhood on the west side. Venice beach and Santa Monica beach are 4 miles away, a 5-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride. The 10 and the 405 freeways are less than a mile away. Whole foods, Trader Joe’s and Starbucks are a block away. CVS, Ralphs and Vons grocery stores are less than a half-mile away. The expo metro station is about 1.3 miles away. Mar Vista itself is so beautiful with tree-lined streets and picturesque hills boasting ocean and mountain views. Just take a walk up the hill and enjoy stunning sunsets, sunrises, and the sight of the moon rising behind the mountains. Other things to note Please note that the yard is tended by a gardener on Tuesdays. Trash is picked up Wednesdays and we kindly ask that you dispose of all trash Tuesday evening in the appropriate trash bin.
