Once home to the Natchez Chamber of Commerce, the 3000 square foot home was updated recently. The townhouse has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a new kitchen, and a serene courtyard. The main floor features crisp white interiors and 12-foot ceilings. Two of the bedroom suites are located here and each has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double sinks, and a sitting room, with TV, each located adjacent to a bedroom. Guests will enjoy the original mantles, molding, and floors, as well as the oversized windows, allowing for plenty of sunshine. The 3rd bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor; this bedroom is smaller than the two bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen separates the bedroom from its bathroom. The kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large family room, complete with dining tables and TV, are also on the ground floor. The ground floor has lower ceilings, and, historically, the family would have spent a lot of time here, as it would stay cooler than the main floor. The new kitchen has stainless appliances, icemaker, coffee makers, and all the cooking basics. Both floors have access to the iconic courtyard, perfect for coffee or cocktails.
