Go directly to the home and use the code provided in your final confirmation. Please remember you are in someone’s home and someone else’s neighborhood. Please respect them by not disrupting the neighboring homes by entering their yards, riding ATVs in or on their driveways, yelling, using profound language, revving motors, etc. House Rules are in the condo. Please read them CAREFULLY. Parking: There is no street parking but you can park trailers, RV's, etc in the RV section free of charge. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE EMERGANCY ALLY WAY Pools Hours are open 8 am - 10 pm (Lower pools and hot tubs are open through the winter) ADULT ONLY HOURS: 6 am - 8 am, 10 pm - 11 pm Pools are open 8 am - 10 pm - ADULT ONLY HOURS: 6 am - 8 am, 10 pm - 11 pm - Upper Pool open year round and heated in winter months. - Lower Pool open year round and NOT heated in winter months. Children 15 years and younger must be supervised by an adult 18 years or older. Young children must have an adult present with them inside the gates of the pool area **Pets are NOT allowed on this property. Any pet or presence of a pet will result in, but is not limited to, a $500 fine.
