A traditional 2-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Gaucín, beside mountain walking routes and within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and the supermarket. With sunshine from morning to sunset and a cosy fireplace, it’s a wonderful base for exploring Andalucía in any season. The space Casa Alma is a comfortable and spacious two-storey Spanish townhouse with plenty of traditional character and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, 43” Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and an open fireplace, making it especially cosy on cooler evenings. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped for preparing anything from breakfast to a relaxed evening meal. Both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage. The main bedroom has two Juliet balconies, while the second bedroom has two single beds, making the house suitable for couples, families or friends travelling together. The bathroom has a separate shower, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Towels are provided. The real highlight is the spacious private rooftop terrace. With comfortable seating and sun loungers, it enjoys sunshine from morning through to sunset and has spectacular 360° views across the Andalusian mountains. It is a wonderful place for breakfast, reading, relaxing after a day’s walking or enjoying a drink as the sun goes down. Casa Alma is centrally located in Gaucín, with restaurants, bars and the supermarket all within a short walk. For walkers, the house is beside the track leading to several mountain routes, making it an excellent base for exploring the Serranía de Ronda. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and private rooftop terrace. This includes the living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and all outdoor space. Free street parking is available close to the property, with additional parking in the community car park. . Other things to note Gaucín is a traditional mountain village with some steep streets and steps. The house is particularly well suited to walkers and those wanting to explore the Serranía de Ronda. Cooler months are ideal for walking, while the rooftop terrace still enjoys plenty of sunshine. An open fireplace makes the house cosy on cooler evenings. Firewood is available to order locally for €10 per bag.
