Two waterfront homes with Hottub, kayaks, jon boat

Two newly remodeled waterfront homes, perfect for family or friends looking for a waterfront getaway. Kayaks & jonboats are included. The larger home has 2 bedrms/ 1 bath, large porch, and hottub. The smaller home has 2 bedrms/ 1 bath, porch, and amazing fishing. Both homes have fencing to keep the pups. The fishing is amazing at these spots, plenty of waterfront area to fish and explore on a kayak. 0.5 mile to Historic Swansboro, 2.5 miles to Beach, 20 miles to jacksonville & Camp Lejeune. The space These homes do sit on a busy road, so there will be road noise in the front, but as you enter the home and back yard, you feel like you are in a little paradise. Homes are separated in the back by a privacy fence, but you can leave the fence gate open during your stay for easier access to both homes. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR BOTH HOMES: yellow home: King, two twins, sleeper sofa in sunroom, comfy couch in living room, and an air mattress. Green home: two queen beds, and a comfy twin size cot. Both homes have been recently remodeled with all new appliances and furniture, sheets and linens are provided. Guest access There is adequate parking for 4-6 vehicles. You can park beside the yellow house, or in front of the green house, as well as along the front of the old white house, the city does ask that noone park on the sidewalks. Again, we are off of a busy road, so please keep the younger children and pups in the fenced in areas. Other things to note An amazing place to enjoy the water. Relaxation and unbeatable views! The gorgeous sunroom has 3 sliding doors for unhindered water views. VIEWS from the hot tub and deck furniture are breathtaking! You will make memories for a lifetime at this place as we have.
