The space The whole property is yours to enjoy. Beautiful home built in 2020, with Smart TV in every bedroom. Breakfast area with seating for 4+ and step down into sunroom dining area also seats 6. New leather furnishings and backyard with 6 foot privacy fence, hammock and BBQ. Central A/C and heat and electric fireplace. We have some games and puzzles as well as beach chairs and bikes in the garage. We are right on the border between the historic city of Beaufort and charming Port Royal, where you can enjoy great restaurants by the water and the new viewing tower over the bay. We have an excellent team of professional cleaners; we do not ask guests to do any cleanup chores, but on Thursday nights we do ask for help taking the roll cans to the curb. Guest access The entire home is for you to enjoy as your own. Two cars fit on the driveway and one will fit inside the garage. In the garage you will find some bicycles with helmets and locks, Cornhole set, pickleball set, beach tent and chairs, outdoor dart set, PackNPlay for baby. W/D, laundry detergent, blender, coffee maker, iron. Back patio has the BBQ and fenced yard all for you. Other things to note There is a ring camera at door and a camera in the back for security. Gardener comes every other Wednesday afternoon for the front and back yards.
