“Serenity Now," a second-floor condo, offers the perfect coastal retreat. Boasting an oceanfront location, this 2-bed, 2-bath unit features a private balcony, beach access, and stunning ocean views. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, two community pools, and that it’s across the street from two restaurants. Just a 4-minute walk to the Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar, and a leisurely 15-minute stroll to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Experience a serene getaway close to everything without the crowds. The space “Serenity Now” is located in the Sand Pebbles condo complex. Enjoy the amazing ocean views in this perfectly located ocean view condo. Imagine waking up to a perfect sunrise, having the ability to take a 15 minute stroll (less than 1 mile) down a one way street to the boardwalk and then come home to 2 pools and the ocean at your disposal. Serenity Now has 2 private beach accesses with outdoor showers for your use. An outdoor storage closet is yours to use with beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. The condo is fully furnished and includes bed linens, bath, beach and make-up towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Some starter items that are provided are: one roll of toilet paper will be in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent pod, laundry detergent pod, kitchen towels and garbage bag. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking and dining utensils that you will need. We have also provided a Keurig, coffee pods, drip coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot, blender and more! Pool is open from around the beginning of May to the end of September. There is no elevator. Condo is on the 3rd floor. Parking is strict so please always have the parking pass hanging in your vehicle. Without it, you may be towed. We have never had a car be towed if they followed the parking guidelines :) Please note that this property is located within a condo complex. It is an end until but there is another unit above, below, and on the right side of the condo. Due to this, you may hear some noise from neighboring units. Guest access Entire condo and two parking passes. Parking spaces are on a first come, first served basis as they are not assigned to the units. Do not block an open parking spot and golf carts are not allowed. Towing is enforced so always have the pass hanging in your car. We as owners are not responsible if your car is towed due to not displaying the parking pass. Enjoy pool and beach access by using the key fob located in the unit. Other things to note The Sand Pebbles condo association has a strict NO PETS policy for renters. The HOA does not allow any animals or pets for renters. Golf Carts and boats are not allowed per the HOA. Host accepts no responsibility for injury on premises. Booking here is confirmation that you waive any host liability.
