This cabin’s open layout is designed to bring your group together with elegant furnishings throughout the entire space that are highlighted by cozy lighting and the flames of the intimate indoor gas fireplace below the smart TV. Outside includes a private covered deck that wraps around the cabin. The deck is a unique highlight of this cabin providing an outdoor living space including high-top dining area, comfortable lounge seating, another gas fireplace with smart TV and a new hot tub. In addition, the spacious yard offers a large fire pit with four Adirondack chairs for cozy seating and stunning views of the Appalachian Mountains. A quick hike down the gravel trail provides access to the rest of the property including a playground, fishing holes on Doe River, hiking trails, and more mountain fun. These cameras are in place to ensure the safety and security of the premises. ★BOOKING REQUIREMENTS★ The person making the reservation must be 24 years of age or older, and must also be the one staying in the home unless they are booking it for a corporation. The photo will only be shown once the reservation is made. ★ COMPLETE THE CHECK-IN PROCESS★ We require all guests to complete a rental agreement upon booking. This service ensures that the property is in a clean and sanitary condition upon your arrival. Please help us maintain this standard by cleaning up after yourselves during your stay. Upon Checkout: We kindly ask that you keep the property in a reasonably tidy and organized state throughout your stay. If property is found to be unreasonably messy and/or in disarray, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover the extra time and effort required to restore the property to its original condition. Furniture Placement: Please leave all furniture in its original location as it was upon your arrival. If furniture has been moved and not returned to its original position upon check-out, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of rearranging the furniture to its proper place.
