The space - Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests - 4 bedrooms - 1 King, 2 Queen, & 2 Twin size beds - 2.5 bathrooms - This home has 2 reserved parking spots in a spacious private driveway. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker and Breville Espresso Machine - Living room with ocean views - Backyard with hot tub, BBQ, firepit, and plenty of outdoor seating - For safety, the fireplaces are not operable. Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS - Most of the pillows and comforters in the home is down alternative, but there are a few goose down pillows. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, except the locked owners storage downstairs. Other things to note - Please note this home is located in a serene forest that is home to wildlife like bobcats, coyotes, deer, and occasionally, some curious mice. - We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).
