These dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must also never be left alone in the house unless in a create. Owner must clean up after them. Sorry, no cats. Bringing a pet that is not approved by us and paid for will result in a $500 fee. Although rare, if the lake drops below 140' down, this starts to impact the availability of the local boat ramp and marina requiring travel to another part of the lake.
