Only 6 minutes from Sanford International Airport, and only 13 minutes from Central Florida zoo! This new space includes a queen size bed and a love seat couch that pulls out to a bed. Amenities include coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mini fridge, and private outdoor seating area. The space Parking for two cars is around back with private outdoor seating area along with private studio guest house with bathroom around 380 square feet. Guest access Guest will have private patio access. The main house and pool are not available for guest use. Other things to note We have a dog on property in the main house. The Guest House is detached from the main house and has its own private entrance. It is a brand new, converted garage to beautiful Guesthouse close to downtown and airport.
