This spacious rustic log home is tucked away on a private drive and sits on 3 1/2 wooded acres overlooking the beautiful and scenic crystal clear waters of Canandaigua Lake. On the main and second floor this home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths with 1 half bath, 2 large living areas,, and a spacious newly remodeled kitchen. With an additional queen size sofa bed in one of the living areas that make this a home perfect for a large family. There is also a full second kitchen in the basement along with a pool table room and also a great teen hang out room with IKEA furniture. After a fun day at the lake or taking in one of the many local wineries or breweries enjoy a relaxing drink and take in the beautiful lake views on one of the two furnished covered porches. For cool evenings enjoy sitting on a beautiful flagstone patio with stone fire pit overlooking the lake and enjoy the breeze under the canopy of beautiful 60 foot trees. For your furry four-legged family members their is a fenced side yard that will keep them close to you. As for the kids there is plenty of land to roam with a ravine and seasonal stream to work out all that excess energy. We are on a private drive with only two other houses and minimal traffic. The gourmet kitchen has all of the amenities that you need to cook tasty meals including a commercial size grill for outdoor cooking. If you don't feel like cooking there are plenty of wonderful restaurants and the New York Wine and Culinary School within five minutes of our home. There is lake access to Onanda Park only a few miles away from our home which boasts areas for swimming, fishing, tennis, and hiking with waterfalls. In the winter months after a long day of skiing at Bristol Mountain (only 11 miles away) wind down in the eight person Jacuzzi or sit by a crackling fire in one of the four custom wood burning fireplaces throughout the home, including the kitchen. Although we do not have private lake access our house is just a short drive to several areas where there is lake access. One is only 1.2 miles from our front door and the other is 6 miles south of us!
