EV Charging - A Level 1 EV charger is available for use - $8 per night, available upon request - Please let us know at the time of booking - Guests must provide their own vehicle-specific charging cable; adapters or extension cords are not provided Please Note - The garage is not available for guest access. - There is a separate private guest suite located on the property - It is fully enclosed with its own gate for privacy - You will not share any spaces with the other guests Other things to note Guest Info Check-in: 4:00 PM or later Check-out: 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability Each registered guest receives 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth Please note that yard and garden maintenance occurs on Fridays (front & backyard) Safety & Responsibility Adult supervision of children is required at all times, both indoors and outdoors Exterior security cameras are on-site for safety Please lock all doors and windows and take normal safety precautions Guests are responsible for reporting any damages, missing items, or strong odors upon discovery We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages during your stay Travel insurance is recommended for unexpected events Please treat the home with care and honor checkout time so our cleaning team can prepare for the next guests House Rules No pets allowed No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes indoors - Odor remediation fee: $300 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Only registered guests may stay overnight Bunk bed rules: no standing or jumping; top bunk max 300 lbs Please do not set the A/C below 68°F or leave it running unattended No bikes or scooters inside the home No third-party bookings No food or drinks in bedrooms No parties or events - Violation may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction No professional photography or videography without prior approval
