Thank you for considering our newest home for your next family vacation! We are excited for you to experience all that Marco has to offer. This island has the most gorgeous beaches, beautiful water, and delicious restaurants! Our newly renovated home features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open floor plan that totals over 1500 sq ft. We have a king primary suite that has a huge walk-in closet and your own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed also with ample closet space. The third bedroom is perfect for our younger guests featuring two twin beds. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. While we welcome children please know that our home is not baby proofed. We do provide a pack and play and high chair for your convenience. The open floor plan allows for a very inviting family experience. The main living space features plenty of seating around a large screen TV. Off the living room is a dining area that is perfect for fun family nights. We provide lots of games and puzzles for your entertainment. (We even have Marco-poly and a puzzle map of Marco Island!) The bright kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with bar seating for 4. The eat in kitchen with seating for two opens to the dining room area which can seat an additional 6 people. The dining room exits to our enclosed private lanai with a heated saltwater pool and two TV sitting areas. Enjoy lounging by the pool and getting some sun on our 2 pool loungers or pool floats. If the sun is not your thing we also have a shaded area where you can enjoy relaxing watching your favorite sporting event or show on our large screen TV. Sit under the outdoor fan and enjoy a nice dinner at our brand new patio table which has seating for 6! Or grab a comfy seat and a glass of wine and relax in the second sitting area with your own TV! You can even book a fishing charter for the day and bring your local catch home to grill on our Weber grill. You really can enjoy the best of both indoor and outdoor living! If you want to head to the beach, it is only a 5 minute car ride away. We have a beach cart, collapsible beach wagon, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, Coolcabana, beach blanket, coolers, and sand toys & games for you to have a fun filled day exploring the breathtaking sugar sand beaches of Marco Island! We are centrally located in Marco Island so everything is only about 5-7 minutes away from the house. The new Publix (grocery store) is only 2 minutes away. We are also walking distance to the YMCA where you can enjoy their gym, tennis, and pickle-ball. Also you can also enjoy being walking distance to Mackle park which features a basketball court, bocce courts, fishing, picnic area, playground, shuffleboard courts, teen center, volleyball court, walking path, dog park and water spray park. The activities are endless to keep your kids entertained when you are finished at the beach! We also have bikes for you to explore the island and visit the many shops and restaurants that Marco has to offer. Marco Island is our home away from home so we welcome any questions to help you plan the perfect family holiday. Need recommendations on renting bikes, scheduling a fishing charter, or renting a boat with a captain to take you out for the day…let us know! We can make any recommendations you need. We are here to help you have the most memorable vacation for you and your family or friends! Guest access There will be a key pad on the door for entry. You will be provided a four digit code a few days prior to your stay. Other things to note Parking: You can park one car in the garage and two in the driveway. Per Marco Island code you can’t park a trailer or boat in the driveway. You can park a small RV in the driveway as long as it is not covering the sidewalk. You would have to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island police department and affix it to your RV in a conspicuous place. If you do not have the permit the property will be fined on a daily basis and the fines will be taken from your security deposit. Cameras: We have one camera on property. It is the ring doorbell at the front door. NOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9 Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.” NOTE: Pool is heated to 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage. Please use at your own risk. NOTE: Please be aware that If you DO NOT purchase the travel insurance offered and you get sick/have flight issues/weather issues/etc and cannot make your trip we have a no refund policy. NOTE: Use of bikes are at your own risk. We do not inspect them between each renter. It is the renter's responsibility to inspect the bikes and deem them acceptable for your own use.
