Make your stay in Jackson carefree with this perfect place! The house is convenient for all your everyday essentials including groceries, dining, and the local park for a walk or a round of tennis. Savor your downtime with the fully equipped kitchen and cozy living space. Be sure to spend a day downtown in the cultural heart of the Magnolia State to explore museums such as the Civil Rights and Museum of MS History. The house is set up for long and short term stays. The space The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2,250 square feet. It is very comfortable with the living space on one side and the bedrooms and bathroom on the other. The master has a king with two bedrooms with a queen and the fourth bedroom with two twins. The master has an ensuite and there is a hall bathroom. There is a very nice partially fenced backyard with a fire pit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except the locked owner's closet. We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items. **Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.** Pet policy: Maximum of 1 dog under 20 pounds allowed and must be over a year old. No cats. Host is highly allergic to cats. Well trained dogs only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted. Pet must be crated when left alone. Pet is not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, or throw pillows. No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance. The backyard is partially fenced. Non compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. No visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously. MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
