Guest access Parking: • Free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles • Off-site trailer parking available (additional fee) • No street parking — Please do not park on the grass, block sidewalks, fire hydrants, or neighbors’ driveways to avoid being towed Property Access: • Guests will have full access to the entire home, private waterfront deck, boat dock, kayaks, paddleboards, and outdoor areas during their stay • Keyless self check-in — You will receive your unique door code 24 hours before arrival Other things to note Important Note: • To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. • There is no gate or barrier leading to the canal or boat dock area — please supervise children and pets at all times near the water. • Kayaks, paddleboards, and life jackets are provided — guests use these at their own risk. Pet Friendly: ( please ensure they are well-behaved and supervised at all times. Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary ) •A pet fee of $49/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation.
