Hideout Community Rental! Hot tub and theater room

Spacious house surrounded by trees close to lake and pool *private hot tub *theater room * covered swing *deck off third floor master suit The space Property is located within a gated community, all drivers must register at the Hideout Main Gate prior to entering community. Closest GPS address to the Hideout Main Gate is: 1284 Hamlin Highway, Lake Ariel PA 18436. All guests must be registered with the community at least three days prior to arrival. Primary renter will receive the registration form from the rental manager upon booking. This is a community requirement. Minimum age for primary renter is 25. No groups or parties allowed. Directions to the community from the intersection of Route 191 and Route 590 in Hamlin, PA, stay on Route 590 going East. In about 3 miles, you will see the Hideout sign on the left. Turn in toward the security gates, drivers will need to park in the lot to the right and enter the security office to register. All drivers MUST provide a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration card for entry into the community. Check the dates on the registration card for your vehicle! This is a community requirement and they have a "no exceptions" policy. Homeowner and rental manager are not responsible and cannot assist if the security office does not allow access if you do not have these two required documents at check in. No refunds or discounts will be offered is access is denied. After the check in process explained above is completed, the Hideout security office will provide you with the Guest Packet, including a large paper tag to be displayed on the car windshield. This is all you need to get in and out from the Main Gate or other gates within the community. (some are unmanned, cameras will read your tag on the front windshield to grant you access). Please leave this tag on your windshield throughout your stay. At times, the check-in gate can be busy please be patient and prepared with the address of the property you rented, your drivers license, license plate number and valid vehicle registration. After registering and receiving vehicle pass, follow directions provided on the pass to the home or GPS address at that point. 25 MPH speed limit within community. The Hideout community offers outdoor tennis courts, outdoor heated swimming pools, beach access, lake usage, basketball courts, pickleball court, 9-hole golf course, Recreation building has a small arcade room, reading room, indoor tennis/pickleball court and a gym. Most of the amenities require a small fee and amenity badge to be displayed at entrance. We have nine amenity badges in the house for guest usage. Three badges are specific for renters, we would suggest at least one of those badges are with you at every amenity, especially if planning on visiting the Clubhouse or Tiki Bar! Please leave these badges at the home upon checkout at these are for all guests at the property for the season. If badges are missing or lost, a $50 per badge replacement fee will be the responsibility of the primary renter. PLEASE NOTE: Amenities can be closed at the discretion of The Hideout Association or due to weather. This is not within our control and we will not offer refunds or discounts for any closure of any amenity during reservation; including community owned lakes. All garbage and food must be removed from the property. The community has a central location for trash that is accessible for all guests. Hours and location will be posted at the house. You must bring trash to this location, any trash or food left behind after check out may incur an additional fee to the primary renter. Starter pack of supplies included with the rental (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags) please be prepared for anything over the starter supply. Please be respectful of the property and neighbors. The Community has its own Public Safety that will enforce speed limits, disturbances and any other violations to the rules. Primary renter will be responsible for any charges for violations during your stay.
