The space Explore this pet-friendly short-term rental conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, walking trails, and major hospitals. Experience this lovely 3-bed, 2-bath home spanning 1350 sq ft, located in a safe and established neighborhood. Tailored for professionals, friends or families, each room provides ample storage space and super-fast Wi-Fi. Experience the ultimate comfort in this cozy and homey atmosphere with tasteful and welcoming decor with comfortable and practical furniture suitable for all. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, ceiling fans, extra linens, and blackout curtains. The well-equipped kitchen provides convenience, while the fenced backyard, equipped with a sun shade, ensures a private and relaxing outdoor space, especially if accompanied by your furry friends! Guest access You have access to everything in the home and property except for the owner’s closet. No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad. Parking is easily available in the driveway for 2 cars, garage for 2 cars, and additional parking is available on the street for 1 vehicle. Other things to note No parties permitted per Airbnb regulations. Consumables: We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills. **Please keep in mind that some items located in kitchen pantry may be left behind from previous guests (i.e. sugar, spices, paper plates, etc.). These items are available for your use at your discretion. For extended stays exceeding 30 days, an additional cleaning fee of $125 will apply. This fee ensures the engagement of professional cleaners who will meticulously refresh the space every 30 days of your stay. We prioritize your comfort and satisfaction, and maintaining a clean environment enhances your overall experience during your extended visit. For extended stays, either monthly or longer, we kindly request a $500 refundable security deposit. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully returned to you upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges. Important Note: Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am each day. Please be respectful in terms of noise. Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs, up to 2, are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $75, per pet, for up to a 30-day stay. For longer stays, the fee is $150. No cats are allowed at this time. We kindly ask that pets are kept off the furniture. Ample pet supplies and an outdoor dog waste station are provided for your convenience. There are no breed restrictions. An extra cleaning fee of $125 will apply for any pet waste left behind or for any excess pet shedding. Community Garbage day is every Tuesday, so please roll the garbage bins to the street (to the right of the garage) on Monday evening. 🌿 What to Expect During Your Stay We work hard to provide a comfortable, clean, and cozy stay—but like any home, especially in Texas, there are a few things to be aware of: 🐜 Nature Lives Here Too Our property is surrounded by nature, so you may see the occasional bug, spider, or lizard—even with regular pest control. We do our best to manage this, but please understand it comes with the territory. 🐦 Front Yard Visitors There’s a beautiful tree in the front yard that provides great shade (and the occasional bird). With that comes bird droppings from time to time, especially on windy days. We do regular cleanups, but it’s something to be mindful of during your visit. To avoid your car getting hit by bird droppings, you may either park your car on the right side of the driveway, in the garage, or even on the street directly in front of the home. 🌳 Outdoor Spaces We maintain the yard regularly, but weather and seasonal changes may affect its appearance. You may also find leaves or debris outside depending on recent winds or rain. 🔊 Neighborhood Life This is a lived-in community, so you may hear neighbors, lawnmowers, or even construction nearby. While most guests find it peaceful, we can’t guarantee total silence. 🧼 A Real Home, Not a Hotel We clean thoroughly before every guest arrives, but because this is a home, you may see light signs of wear or a missed dust bunny here or there. Rest assured, cleanliness is a top priority. 🧯 Safety & Surveillance For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are installed on the property. There are no cameras inside the home.
