House has well equipped kitchen & 2 full baths. House sleeps up to 9 people in 3 bedrooms & a pull out sofa in the living room. The space Super cute, open floor plan. Furnishings are comfortable and chic. Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathrooms have bidets. Beds have duvets. The house has lots of natural light and ample parking. House sleeps 9 people as follows: -Bedroom #1 with attached bath sleeps 2 people in king size bed -Bedroom #2 sleeps 2 people in king size bed -Bedroom #3 sleeps 3 people total (this room has one double bed and one trundle twin that slides out as can be seen in the photos) This isn’t a house for parties but is great for small groups. If you dont plan to take care of our place, please dont rent it! Guest access Guests have access to the whole 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, with a very well equipped kitchen, plenty of parking, and a beautiful backyard. All backyard areas that are covered in mulch or gravel are for guests’ enjoyment. Areas not covered by mulch or gravel are off limits. Note that we do have a guest house in the back of the home that is rented separately from time to time. It has its own private entrance and is fenced away from the main house. Access to additional guest house in the backyard is available for a fee. Trampoline and swing are for small children only and are to be used AT GUEST’S OWN RISK! Other things to note All bedrooms have tv with roku and room darkening blinds. Bathrooms have good hot water, upgraded showerheads, and bidets on the toilets. Very close to shopping and food such as Target, Walmart, Costco, BJs, CVS, Walgreens, tropical smoothie, crumbl cookie, lots of fast food, chili’s, Starbucks, chick fil a, chipotle, and more! Backyard is available for guest use…all areas that are covered in mulch or gravel are for guests enjoyment. Areas not covered by mulch or gravel are off limits. The backyard is a shared space with the host as it is undergoing improvements and hosts might need access. Trampoline and swing are for small children only and are to be used AT GUEST’S OWN RISK!
