The home comfortably sleeps 8–9 adults (up to 10 guests) and even includes a pack and play for little ones. Perfect for families or groups, it’s your cozy, convenient base to explore Old Orchard Beach, stroll to the Pier, hit the beach, or just relax together after a day of sun, sand, and fun. Other things to note *Boring but necessary rules: -Furry friends stay home – sorry, no pets allowed in the unit. -Smoke outside – if you need a puff, head to the designated smoking area and toss your cigarette in the bins. -Safety first – please don’t tamper with or remove smoke alarms. -Shhh…quiet time! – be kind to neighbours and the other unit. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Other things to note- 1. This is a two unit home, this unit is on the first floor. You will have separate entrances and parking areas from unit 2. 2. Guests will be charged for any damage done to the property. 3. This property is baby friendly however it is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you. 4. This house has Window units units not central AC 5. Guests must be 21 to book.
