This beach condo is a spacious 2/2 - The deck is beachfront with beautiful sunset views from the 9th floor. A Tiki hut with food and beverage services, full gym, jacuzzi, two pools (one heated) & Kiddie Pool :) Primary guest must be 21 years old(please inquire). Private WiFi for guest privacy FREE Beach chair & Umbrella on-site We have 4 total beds- king, 2 queens(one is a pullout couch), and a full. The space Located on the quieter side of PCB (less traffic with an abundance of activities). **Just added: Free seasonal beach service (March - October)** Our previous Guest love the convenience of being able to go downstairs and walk out to the pool and beach(No streets to cross!). The best part about this unit is opening the sliding glass doors and walking out to the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea to watch the dolphins. It will make you stop to take in the beauty of it all each time. We love this place and have worked hard so our guests will love it too. You'll notice immediately that we have supplied some of the must-haves for the condo so you wouldn't have to purchase or bring as much from home. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master has a king, 2nd bedroom has a queen and a full and there is a pullout couch queen. This is great for large families with small kids. The couch in the living room also has a pull-out bed if needed. Guest access Our guest will be able to use all of the amenities that Regency Towers Resort offers. Other things to note We look forward to hosting you, your friends and family! ❤️ Primary guest must be 21 years or older(Damage Disclosure to be signed). Parking/Resort passes: $40 fee for the first 2 vehicles; any additional cars are $15 each. You must go to the front desk to get your parking passes, be sure you have your license plate number for this. They will also give you your resort wristbands. These must be worn while on the property to gain entry to any of the resort amenities: pools, gym, tiki bar, etc.. **We always encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb. The only exception to our cancellation policy in regards to refunds is for storms and hurricanes when: -the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in the area of residence of a vacationing guest. - the day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order, we will refund: - any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered or any unused portion of a rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive.
