Guest access Guests have access to the entire 2.5 acre property, with the exception of a few owner closets and a one-car garage in front of the property on the right side (closest to the street). Parking is available in the two-car garage or driveway only. Please no street parking allowed. Garages and driveway fits about 12 cars! We want to be mindful of the LA noise ordinance so we ask that there is no loud music/noise past 9PM. We want to be mindful and respectful of our neighbors. I hope you understand!
