Villa Blanca is a place for pool days, porch swings, and sun-washed moments by the sea. We invite you to Escape to St. Joe Beach at Villa Blanca. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and pool area, except the owner's closet, marked Pantry, and the Garage. Other things to note We love well behaved fur babies and welcome your four legged friend to your vacay. Remember to add your pup to the reservation, as we provide Pup Amenities. (< 30 lbs each, 2 pups max) We have a large driveway that will accommodate a boat and trailer, please inquire with measurements to see if it's a good fit. ❄️ Additional Pool Information The pool is perfect for spring and summer stays and can be heated upon request during cooler months. • Optional pool heating: passthrough cost of $50/day (natural gas & energy) • 48-hour advance notice required If you’d like the pool heated, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival and we’ll take care of the rest! 💦
