Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home is a brand new construction situated with water views. Walking distance to popular restaurants and pebble beach. Ideal for family/extended family. No unrelated guests allowed. No pets/smoking/parties of any kind (including bachelor/bachelorette’s) Hot tub is closed from Jan 1 to April 1. It can be opened for a fee if requested. The space Perfect and meant for families only please. Town beach is a 5 mins drive away or pebble beach is walking distance along with Montauket and Duryea’s for delicious drinks and seafood 2 king beds (one with en-suite bathroom) One queen bedroom One bunkbed room with trundle Two other bathrooms are shared. Guest access Guests have full access to the home with the exception of some locked closets for housekeeping. Other things to note Please no bachelorettes or bachelor parties. We also do not accept a group of 8 ‘cousins’. Family must be real family related by blood/marriage. Cleaning fee is per week and includes hot tub cleanings and garbage removal. After booking an additional cleaning fee will be requested for the additional week’s stay Please avoid leaving screens and doors open as it can be buggy at night.
