Washer and dryer, split floor plan great for families or additional guests. Horse pens available for additional fee upon request. Pens are $15.00/night NO PETS allowed in home due to owners family allergies/health issues. This includes NO SERVICE DOGS. Other things to note No animals of any kind are permitted in the home. Due to the owners family being allergic to animal hair and dander Home is strictly allergy-free. There are no exceptions to this rule, as any animal in the home poses a severe health hazard to the hosts family. If an animal is brought to the home, you will nt be permitted to check in. In addition, your reservation will be canceled and a cleaning fee will be imposed. The fee of up to $300.00. In regard to service animals: We are aware of the value of service animals as well as the airbnb service animal policy. However, this property is my owners second home, living space when not hosting guests, and members of the family suffer from pet allergies. Because of this, we can only allow animals that don't shed or have dander to guarantee the family's health.
