Penthouse with large terrace, unbeatable location in downtown Girona. Recently renovated, like new! The space Rutlla 10 is the ideal place for your stay in Girona. You can enjoy its history, art, gastronomy, cultural life and leisure, and play sports in a magnificent natural setting. Girona can be your base for visiting the Empordà and Costa Brava, the Garrotxa and the Pyrenees, and also the city of Barcelona just 40 minutes away by train. Rutlla 10 is a 5-minute walk to the train station, and 2 minutes to the historic monumental center with the Call Jueu, the Banys Àrabs and the Cathedral, the city's commercial and social life hub. A few meters from the house you will find all the services: bakery, supermarkets..., and very close is the Mercat del Lleó, with the best gastronomic products of our land and our sea. Rutlla 10 is a family project. We have put all our enthusiasm into renovating this house to make it a little gem with all the amenities and details for you to have a special stay: you will find a day area, living room-kitchen-dining room, spacious, bright and comfortable, with all the necessary kitchenware. The sleeping area is separate, consisting of a full bathroom with shower and two bedrooms (2 single beds + 1 double bed) with mattresses and quality linens for your best rest. Finally, the large terrace overlooking the city will allow you to enjoy a space for relaxation, sunbathing or outdoor dining in good company. Those who come to practice cycling will find space on the terrace to do the basic cleaning and maintenance of your bicycle with the kit that we put at your disposal (pump and basic tools). Families with small children can ask us for a playpen-bed at no extra cost. We can also offer beach towels at no additional cost. Guest access The penthouse is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. There is a blue zone in the neighborhood, but it's hard to park. There are also paid parking lots within walking distance. Other things to note The tourist tax of €1.1 per person per day is included in the price of the reservation. People staying in lodging establishments located in Catalonia must register (Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, on the obligation to register and notify the police of people staying in lodging establishments).
