POINTS TO NOTE: > The bathroom is off the elegant main living area, and the lavish loft bedroom is above on the mezzanine level. > Like so many historic public buildings rich with heritage, the School House was built on a main road, so there is some traffic noise. > With the original huge SchoolHouse's four classrooms all converted into unique self-contained apartments, then guests may, on occasion, hear some noise from an adjoining guest-wing, however a Noise Curfew of no loud sounds 11pm-7am is generally respected well by all. Guest access The Guest-Wing Apartment has its own front-door entrance porch (with table+chairs), and there is plenty of free parking. Other things to note Nightly rate is based on two guests sharing the Queen Bed as a couple. If two single guests require both the Queen and Sofa beds, then an additional one-off $50 Extra Bed fee is payable. (Sofa-Bed can be described as a large single or small double - so suitable for, say, 1xAdult or 2xChildren.) For stays of 3-Months-plus, an additional standard Rental Hire form is required to be signed. Pets are a strict no-go sorry, as there are free-range chickens.
